Well, looks like we will be moving again.  This time it will be just my husband and me.  No kids or grandchildren.  Just me and my baby. T he time has finally come for us to be alone.  I am not looking forward to this move but it will be for the best financially.

So let me bring you up to date on my projects.

Ethnic Beauty Site

As you can probably tell I have not finished my Ethnic Beauty ebook as of yet.  It is slow going because it's my first time doing an ebook.  I am still editor of the Ethnic Beauty site on bellaonline. 

I am in the process of redesigning my site content and subject areas.  There is so much to know and leran about ethnic beauty I want to make sure I am giving my readers the most relevant and up to date information.  I also plan on introducing my readers to  ethnic people who are in the forefront of hair and skin care as well as fashion and style.  I am looking to broaden my horizons and the horizons of my readers in ethnic beauty.

Unique Beauty Blog  

Unique Beauty Blog is a blog I've started to coorespond to the Ethnic Beauty site  above.  There are many beauty sites out there and sometimes it's difficult to sift through all the info and cut through the iinformation overload.  Here I will have more freedom to conversate and talk about more  on a personal basis how ehtnic beauty affects me as being ethnic too.  Eventually my plan is to have both of these sites be the "go to" sites for ethnic beauty tips, information, reviews and advice. 

Gracious Writing Blog

I started this one to showcase my creative writing talents and abilities.  I love to write on life, love and philosophy.   So I have many stray pieces of writing I wanted to publish online.  I figure what better way than to start my own blog where I have the freedom to write from the heart and my lifes experiences.

I love to write poetry, essays and opinion pieces.  I also have learned a lot abaout the business of writing.  The iformation age is here and people are always looking for good writers and some evven want to break into the writing fiield.  I feel I have enough knowledge and understanding to help someone else in their writing endeavors. 

And since I do research for my Ethnic Beauty articles I am looking into starting a Research business.  I love the process of reading, learning, gathering and analyzing information.   I have the skills and the writing ability to do something in this particuliar industry.  I am currently researching the market for more information.

There's been a lot that has happened since the last time I've posted.  I know my postings are sporadic here.  But as I said before this site is still under construction.

We had a new addition to our family.  Our son had a baby girl so now we have 2 granddaughters.  He is also getting married.

I celebrated my 50th birthday in April.  My family gave me a small surprise birthday party.  It was nice.  I got to see old friends I haven't seen since we've moved.  And I had some of my new friends there too.  So I was humbled by the fact I had old friends meet my new friends.

I know it's been a while since I've posted any new updates or information.  As with every one else life sets in and things get busy and hectic.  But Let me tell you what I've been up to which explains my absence from this site.

I write for the Ethnic Beauty site hosted by Bellaonline.com.  This program allows me to write and edit articles at the same time teaching me web publishing skills.  These are skills needed to acquire success on the web and also be productive in making a good quality site.

So, I started working on my Ethnic Beauty ebook for my site.  This ebook will contain  the articles I've already written on the site.  Once this project is done I will be able to sell it through my Ethnic Beauty site and through Amazon etc.

My date of completion for this ebook is April.  I will be posting updates on my progress periodically, so be sure to come back and visit.


This ebook becomes one of my streams of income to help break the debt curse.  Once my first ebook is done I will be able to build an ebook business using the same skills and applications.

Welcome to the new year of 2009.  It's a new year and a new beginning for some.

I started this site back in June of 2008.  Didn't do much with it because I didn't understand all the aspects of a website.  But here I am today.  I am always up for a good challenge as in building this website.

2 days before Chrismas I decided to redo it and start over for the new year.  What you see before you is what I have accomplished since the week of Christmas.

This is my first official website of my own and I am enjoying uploading my information to share with others.

I invite you to check back though to see what else is new periodically.  The site is stil under construction so if some of the links don't work or they're empty please be patient.  Roman wasn't built in a day and neither is a good quality website.
